Library crates in this workspace are documented with rustdoc. The built index is published at:

/rustdoc/ on the deployed site (entry redirects to prqnt crate docs; generated during just docs-build)

End users normally interact through prqnt or /api/v1. Rust API docs are for contributors and crate integrators.

Rebuild locally as part of just docs-build.
