Milestone v0.2.4 — End-to-end publication and reports workflow¶
Milestone theme¶
v0.2.4 follows v0.2.3 primitives (result packs, comparisons, drift guards, fingerprint interpretation) with a product-shaped focus: publication-ready campaign outputs, cohesive end-to-end docs from run → validate → compare → publish, and operator rituals that stay honest about offline defaults vs opt-in live paths.
Status: Complete — shipped as v0.2.4 (CHANGELOG [0.2.4], docs/releases/v0.2.4.md). Tracking (closed): docs/tracking/v0.2.4-campaign.md. Next active milestone: v0.2.5 · docs/tracking/v0.2.5-campaign.md.

Primary mission¶
End-to-end publication and reports workflow — contributors and operators can follow one clear story from campaign execution through bundled, reviewable artifacts suitable for git or handoff, with human-readable interpretation of pack and campaign comparisons.

- Replacing offline deterministic default CI with live benchmarks, browsers, or providers.
