Objective (original)

Deliver v0.2.4 so that campaign outputs are publication-ready, workflow docs read as a single end-to-end path from run to published pack, bundles are understandable, comparisons are interpretable for humans, operator rituals are canonical across README, AGENTS, and docs/workflows/, and the MkDocs site surfaces the Publication story.
