Distance tax (two-site)¶
The distance tax is the ongoing cost of splitting life and work across SITE_HOME and SITE_FARM: drive time, fuel, mental load, batching constraints, and coverage gaps when only one adult can be at the farm. The business plan uses rules like DT-* and R_SPLIT to force honest scheduling—not “we’ll just pop over.”
