Entity vs site role

  • Entity: A named wiki page under entities/ (person, org, product, modeled place, infrastructure system). It is stable navigation—not a deed.
  • Site role (SITE_HOME / SITE_FARM): A planning label for what the parcel does in the East Tennessee scenario (~5 ac vs ~120 ac). Same role could apply to different deeds in another telling.
  • Named place (e.g. Claxton, Demory): A geographic anchor for county context and routing—still not a legal abstract.
