Local evidence package — East Tennessee two-site¶
Purpose: Durable routing for measured and site-specific execution data for SITE_HOME (Claxton, Anderson County) and SITE_FARM (Demory, Campbell County)—without scattering facts across unrelated analyses. Does not invent parcel lines, utilities, or loads; tables are append-only friendly (update rows as evidence lands in raw/ + source-notes).
Package boundary: Canonical home for field-measured and desk-cited baselines (inventory, infra, utility, loads, templates, workflow). Not the full business plan narrative—that stays on the package page and planning framework; not a duplicate of site intelligence essays (those synthesize county context; this package holds tables and workflow).
Integration: New measured rows should cross-link Parcel intelligence package / worksheets when the fact is parcel-shaped, and append wiki/log.md ingest when batch-sized—see Package artifact backlog — canonical East Tennessee packages for artifact gaps (WAN log, energy worksheet, etc.).
