Labor and coverage (two-site)¶

Coverage is who can respond when animals, water, or alerts demand same-day presence at SITE_FARM while SITE_HOME still runs. The wiki uses matrices and hour caps (e.g. triage vs trip savings) to stop sensor sprawl from exceeding family time.
