Execution gate¶
An execution gate is a phase or milestone checkpoint in the business plan (often labeled G1, G2, G3) that says when the family may commit to the next class of spend or enterprise scale—after stated evidence exists. It is not the same as a single validation task (V*).
See: Validation backlog and decision gates, Execution dossier — Phase 0–1, Validation gate (contrast).
