Parcel intelligence package — East Tennessee two-site¶
Purpose: Reusable parcel-level worksheets for the Claxton (SITE_HOME) and Demory (SITE_FARM) anchors—same section order, placeholders until deeds, WSS AOIs clipped to operating polygons, and field visits fill gaps. Does not invent acre lines, map units, or utilities.
Package boundary: Canonical worksheet shell and section order for parcel facts; not the full local evidence execution tables (those live under Local evidence package — East Tennessee two-site). Not county statistics narrative—use Local site and county intelligence and site intelligence analyses for context.
Integration: New deed, WSS, FEMA, or assessor ingests must fill worksheet rows + Parcel evidence intake workflow + Authoritative execution evidence cluster / Tennessee two-site — official parcel, GIS, flood, and climate portals as appropriate—not source-note-only when a gate (G*/V*) depends on the fact.
Blank worksheet (published): Parcel intelligence worksheet (blank template). Repo file for scaffolding: templates/parcel-intelligence-sheet.md (same sections; use for scaffold_page / agents).

Spine: East Tennessee two-site farm business plan (package) · Local site and county intelligence · Local evidence package — East Tennessee two-site (site/infra/utility/loads baselines + parcel evidence workflow) · Claxton and Demory — missing data register · Validation and pilot plan — first 24 months.
Ingest note: Campbell soils for one WSS session are filed under web-soil-survey-campbell-county-aoi-soil-map-tab-capture-2026-04-18.md (not a substitute for an AOI clipped to ~120 ac). WSS product home (how to run WSS): Web Soil Survey — product home page (capture).
Desk tools (state + national, no embedded parcel results): Tennessee two-site — official parcel, GIS, flood, and climate portals — TN Property Viewer, county assessor GIS/search entry points, FEMA Map Service Center, NOAA climate normals, USGS elevation. Evidence hardening audit: Tennessee two-site — evidence hardening audit (2026-04).
